Loan for purchasing or construction of housing (house or apartment)

Generally, we help those working outside Lithuania, abroad, as well as non-Lithuanian citizens by mediating in financial institutions as well as helping to arrange all formalities, so that the customer can handle the matter within the shortest time possible. Maximum period of the loan is up to 30 years, however no longer before the credit beneficiary reaches 65 years of age; the loan amount can be up to 85 % of the housing (apartment, house) value, unless additional mortgage is provided.

Loan for a natural person who works abroad and in Lithuania, with mortgage

UAB Paskolų Brokeris helps the natural persons who are not businesses to obtain the loans. These loans may be used for developing the real estate objects, purchasing of other types of property or simply as consumer loans. In this case, the amount of the loan should not be less than 25,000 Eur and a mortgage would be compulsory.
