Loan amount \u2013 80\u2013100% of the investment value (depending on collateral and whether the UAB ILTE guarantee is applied). Usually, the purchased assets themselves are pledged. Loan term \u2013 up to 15 years. Loan interest rate \u2013 from 2.4%, if the UAB ILTE loan interest compensation is applied.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"505\" data-end=\"754\"><strong data-start=\"505\" data-end=\"545\">Loans (credits) for working capital.<\/strong> These are loans, credit lines, and overdrafts intended for the purchase of raw materials, supplies, or services. Loan (credit) term \u2013 up to 3 years. Loan amount depends on collateral and available finances.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"756\" data-end=\"982\"><strong data-start=\"756\" data-end=\"777\">Loan refinancing.<\/strong> We help restructure existing obligations to banks or other financial institutions: we assist in extending loan terms, adjusting repayment schedules according to seasonality, and increasing loan amounts.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"984\" data-end=\"1285\"><strong data-start=\"984\" data-end=\"996\">Leasing.<\/strong> We help lease long-term assets: machinery, equipment, vehicles, and real estate. Leasing amount \u2013 up to 100% of the asset\u2019s value if additional collateral is provided. Leasing term \u2013 up to 7 years. Annual interest rate \u2013 from 2.4%, if the UAB ILTE loan interest compensation is applied.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1287\" data-end=\"1783\"><strong data-start=\"1287\" data-end=\"1345\">Loans with UAB ILTE guarantees, interest compensation.<\/strong> To optimize clients\u2019 own capital investment (even without additional collateral, own contribution can be only 10\u201315%) and financial expenses, most loans obtained with our assistance are secured by UAB ILTE guarantees. Since the guarantee covers up to 90% of the loan amount, less collateral is required by the bank \u2013 often the purchased asset is sufficient.
